TRACKING INFORMATION

For orders over €50 shipping is free.

For payment by cash on delivery an additional charge of €2 applies.

After your order is placed, the products are sent to your address within 1-3 working days with ACS Courier Service.

Shipping up to two (2) kilos costs three euros (€3), and for every additional kilo a charge of one euro per kilo (€1/kg) applies.

When picking up your order from our main store in Chania no shipping costs or cash on delivery charges apply.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a relevant email with detailed information. You can keep track of your order when you log in on your account.

Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days. (We are not liable for shipment delays associated with the delivery service.)
